Document Scanning

From 40 pence per page with OCR
(Optical Character Recognition)

OCR allows a document to become searchable.  Once converted it can save a substantial amount of time finding documents which are 'somewhere' in a paper filing system.

Scanning document also allow valuable office space to be freed up. Also, with people working from home, documents can be made accessible.

We have a few solicitors and architects we have helped sort historical archives, and we also have the skills to do photographs, slides, large documents, negatives and other media, even audio in different formats, which needs saving and being searchable going forward.

If the documents need staples taking out etc we can do that too.

Always happy to have a chat.

On behalf of the Club’s governing Council and all Members,

I wanted to give our sincere thanks for an efficient and professional job done in scanning our entire archive spanning well over 100 years of history.  You were very accommodating from the outset and we couldn’t have asked for better service particularly considering the complex requirement and our ever changing ‘goalposts’.

“We recently used Henley Scan to digitise a large part of the Town Council’s archive. Eva, Graham and their team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. They did an excellent job and very quickly, exceeding our expectations. It was especially useful to have the digitised documents as searcheable PDFs, saving valuable time in trawling our archives, and meaning that much of our research can be done remotely. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would highly recommend them.”
